Another feature you’re going to want is the ability to send private emails through your system. This allows you to centralize your client relationships in one place. You can use your main email address to deal with potential clients and you can use your backend email system to communicate with paying clients. For example, imagine you’ve had a conversation with a paying client. Let’s say you had an hour long coaching session and they have one of these hour long sessions / month. But what if they have follow up questions for you? Well they could just use your private email system in your client backend to communicate with you. If you’re logged into our sample site right now you could look in the top navigation bar for “my profile”. Hover over that link and then click on “mail”. You can communicate with clients through this area.
This brings me to another point. There are going to need some systems that are setup that coordinate certain front-end choices with back-end settings. For example, let’s say you have 3 different coaching options. Option 1 is 1 hour of private coaching / month for $100 / month on a recurring basis. Option 2 is 3 hour of coaching / month for $250 / month recurring monthly. And the third option is a one time fee option of 5 coaching sessions within 30 days for $400.
So for the first two options you need to have subscription software installed on your site that automates the billing process for you. Again, we can do this for you no problem. Once users sign up they get access to your online coaching services for as long as they want to remain your client.
But in the third option, the client just wants to pay a one time fee and get 5 coaching sessions over a 30 day period. In this case you’ll want to setup a 30 day expiration notice for that user. At the end of 30 days they’ll need to be sent an email letting them know that access to your online coaching services have expired and their account needs to be automatically disabled. So these different pricing structures require different front-end and backend setups.
Not only that, but maybe you want to give you clients on recurring billing plans access to additional “premium” content you don’t want your one-time clients to be able to see. This incentivizes people to sign up for your premium coaching packages. Well using our system you can do that no problem. We can protect your backend content by setting different content access levels depending on the user’s membership level.
Our coaching backend can do many other things as well but this gives you a brief overview of some of the functionality of the system.
So if you think this is what your looking for you can sign up for our services by clicking on going to our homepage or visiting “Academy Of Mine” and then clicking on “pricing”. If you have any questions please contact us. We’d be more than happy to help you get your coaching company online and answers any questions you have about your individual needs.
