We are the best fit for smaller to mid size companies that are looking for a B2B focussed Training Platform for Professional Training and Certifications (with B2C included as needed). You are not interested in cookie-cutter platforms and want something that is built for YOU. You are already doing some type of training online and want to expand further with a robust platform.
02What is your customer support like? What help do I get?
We provide 24-7 Customer Support through our Helpdesk. Depending on your plan, you also get a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) if applicable. Our support is considered one of the best when it comes to most competitors. We also help with Free onboarding and additional supplementary services if needed.
03How do I decide which plan is best for me?
You are good fit for Professional Plan if you want a scalable, flexible, customizable platform but don't need to build too many things on top additionally. Perhaps you may need 8-10 customizations in a year. Enterprise Plan gives you a lot more flexibility than that where we become almost your own dev team.

To actually sell your eLearning products, you can either create landing pages and course catalogs with our tool, or you can integrate with an existing eCommerce platform like Shopify or WooCommerce. Track sales directly in the LMS.
08How long does it take to be up and running with the platform?
That depends on your content, whether you have existing users and data to migrate, and a few other factors. However, on average, the majority of our customers take anywhere from 4-6 weeks on average. Some do it faster, some take longer. If you have an established platform with a lot of data to migrate, it can add a bit more to the timeline but our team can review everything for you to give you an accurate estimate of the timeline.
